EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

In EMDR, past, recent and future disturbances are processed while staying engaged in the present moment by using bilateral stimulation (eg. moving your eyes side-to-side, tapping your own shoulders, hearing sounds from each side).
